Owners Brian Snyder, Kevin Atchley and Walt Alexander have a pretty great thing going in Pine State Biscuits. They brought their southern flavor to the northwest, and this authentic-and-always-bumping biscuit haven is what they have to show for it. From fried chicken, fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese to the Portland-friendly mushroom gravy, they have all the fixings for yum.
