Church and State has been a personal Portland favorite of mine for a while. Nathaniel and Rachel make beautiful clothing, with smooth lines and subtle textures, and operate out of a studio in inner SE that is equipped with the perfect fire escape and downtown view. They also recently collaborated on the Pendleton Portland Collection, which is absolutely drool-worthy.
